More than 1600 students were named to the Spring 2019 President's List at Hudson Valley Community College.

The deans of each of UNG's five colleges - the College of Arts & Letters, the College of Education, the College of Health Sciences & Professions, the Mike Cottrell College of Business, and the College of Science & Mathematics - announced the names of those students who made their respective lists for spring 2019. Dean's List recognition is achieved by having at least a 3.5 grade point average, carrying 12 or more credit hours in one semester and having no grade lower than B.

In recognition of academic performance, the Office of the Vice President for Academic Affairs at University of the Cumberlands has announced the students named to the Dean's List for the spring 2019 semester.

A select group of outstanding students has been named to the fall 2018 Dean's List at Adelphi University. Adelphi's deans of Arts and Sciences, Education, Business, Nursing, Social Work and Psychology recognize superior academic work every semester. The Dean's List comprises full-time students-registered for 12 or more credits-who have completed at least 9 graded credits and achieved a GPA of 3.5 or above for the semester. This recognition becomes part of the student's academic record and is entered into the individual's transcript.

Columbia State Community College is pleased to announce 553 students named to the dean's list for earning academic honors during the spring semester.

This spring, the BW theatre and dance community presented "fyoo zh en," the annual dance concert combining choreography with faculty research. This year's concert was inspired by sociology and criminal justice professor Dr. Brian Monahan's book, "The Shock of the News: Media Coverage and the Making of 9/11," which examines how America's news media influences our perception of social reality.

Georgia Southern University recently recognized approximately 3,300 students for excellence in academics on the Fall 2018 Dean's List. To be eligible for the Dean's List, a student must have at least a 3.5 grade point average and carry a minimum of 12 hours for the semester.

Georgia Southern University recently recognized approximately 1,850 students for excellence in academics on the Fall 2018 President's List. To be eligible for the President's List, a student must have at least a 4.0 grade point average and carry a minimum of 12 hours for the semester.

Loyola University Maryland has announced the members of its fall 2018 Dean's List. In order to qualify for the Dean's List at Loyola, a student must achieve a minimum QPA of at least 3.500 for the term, provided that, in the term they have successfully completed courses totaling a minimum of 15 credits.

More than 1,700 students earned bachelor's degrees from Georgia State University during the Fall 2018 semester, with more than 3,000 students earning degrees at the associate's, bachelor's, master's, professional, specialist and doctoral degree levels.

The Columbia State Community College Emergency Medical Services program graduated its Fall 2018 classes with first-attempt credential exam pass rates exceeding national averages on the National Registry of Emergency Medical Technician exam. For the first time in Columbia State history, the Emergency Medical Technology-Basic evening class first-attempt pass rate was 100 percent.

The University of South Carolina Aiken congratulates those students who made the Dean's List for Fall 2018. To earn this distinction, students must be enrolled full-time and maintain a GPA of at least 3.5.

Kennesaw State University recently welcomed its newest class of graduates. More than 2,000 students earned bachelor's, master's or doctoral degrees during Fall 2018 commencement ceremonies in December.

Kutztown University has conferred degrees for more than 450 students for the Fall 2018 semester. Kutztown University announces degree conferment twice a year, once in the winter and once in the summer. Commencement exercises are held in May and December; however, students finish the requirements for graduation throughout the entire year. The following students have been awarded degrees following the fall 2018 semester. The cumulative grade point average necessary for honors distinction is: with honor (cum laude) 3.40; with high honor (magna cum laude) 3.60 and with highest honor (summa cum laude) 3.80. Students listed multiple times have been awarded more than one degree. Students who have requested privacy (FERPA) are not listed publicly.

Columbia State Community College is pleased to announce the fall 2018 graduates. Approximately 230 students graduated from Columbia State Dec. 15, 2018, with 156 degree and certificate candidates recognized during the fall commencement ceremony.

Kennesaw State University congratulates the more than 6,000 students named to the Fall 2018 Dean's List. Students enrolled at least 9 credit hours and with a grade point average of at least 3.5 were named to the list.

Kennesaw State University recently named students to the President's List, in recognition of their academic excellence for the Fall 2018 semester. To achieve this honor, each student must have completed at least 9 semester hours with a term grade point average of 4.0.

The following students have been named to the Dean's List for the fall 2018 semester at Baldwin Wallace University according to Provost Stephen D. Stahl. Any full-time student who achieves a GPA of at least 3.6 for 12 or more graded hours or part-time student who achieves a GPA of at least 3.6 for six or more graded hours in the fall or spring semester will be placed on the Dean's List.

American International College (AIC) in Springfield, MA has named 470 students to the Fall 2018 Dean's List. Dean's List students are full time students who have achieved a 3.3 to a 4.0 GPA.

Each academic term, Holyoke Community College recognizes superior scholarship through the Dean's List. A student is placed on the Dean's List if his or her G.P.A. is 3.2 or higher. These students have earned Dean's List honors for the Fall 2018 term.
